About Us
About Interpersonal Growth Counseling
Our office is nestled in a charming bungalow at 1031 S. Main St, directly across from Main Street Pizza, with a private parking lot to make your visit easy and stress-free.
Inside, you’ll find a warm and cozy atmosphere designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The welcoming lobby offers a comfortable space to relax before your session. We have three private offices, each thoughtfully designed to support a calm and focused environment.

One of our favorite spaces is the upstairs loft—an open, vibrant area full of personality, color, and creative energy. This space is especially popular with children, teens, and young adults, offering interactive games and engaging activities that support therapeutic growth in a fun and dynamic way.
Whether you’re here for individual, couples, or family therapy, our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered.
At Interpersonal Growth Counseling, we draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs and goals. These include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
to help identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
to explore and heal inner parts with compassion and understanding.
Person-Centered Therapy
to foster a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel deeply heard and accepted.
Strengths-Based Counseling
to build on your unique abilities and inner resources.
Solution-Focused Therapy
to help you identify practical steps and future-oriented goals for positive change.
The Gottman Method
for couples seeking to deepen connection, improve communication, and repair trust.
Training from the Institute of Relational Intimacy
supporting nuanced, emotionally focused work with couples, especially around attachment, vulnerability, and secure connection.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your child, or your relationship, our mission is to support your journey with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based care. We believe that growth happens through meaningful connection—and we’re honored to walk that path with you.
