I specialize in working with adults of all ages, teens and families. I’m honored to support clients through their unique journeys of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Whether the challenges you face feel big or small, therapy is a space where your experiences are valid, your voice is heard, and your path forward is respected.
My holistic approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and move toward meaningful change. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, major life transitions including perimenopause. I believe that being true to yourself while feeling balanced and present is a powerful achievement—and taking that first step toward support is often the hardest part. I’m here to walk alongside you.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Community Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wayne State University. In addition to being a therapist, I’m a wife and a mom to 3 teenage boys. I have worked as a high school counselor for nearly 20 years. I find joy in yoga, gardening, spending time with my friends and family and relaxing near Lake Erie.
I currently practice under the supervision of Kelly Lindsay, MA, LPC.
