I specialize in working with children (6+), teens, adults, and families helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. As a counselor, former high school teacher, and mother of four, I bring a unique perspective to my work, deeply understanding the pressures and struggles that today’s youth and families face.
I take a holistic approach to mental health care, combining education, self-awareness, and individualized coping strategies to empower clients in their personal growth. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, major life transitions, and career development. Through a compassionate and supportive environment, I work with clients to develop practical tools that align with their unique life circumstances.
I am passionate about helping others thrive, and I find joy in guiding clients toward healing and self-discovery. I earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Consumer and Family Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master’s in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University. I am also a proud member of the American Counseling Association, staying committed to professional excellence and ethical care.
I am currently under the supervision of Kelly Lindsay, MA, LPC, as I continue to expand my expertise and provide high-quality, client-centered support. I look forward to working with you.
