My primary areas of specialization are sex therapy and religious trauma therapy, supporting both individuals and couples in navigating these deeply personal issues. I hold Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in Diagnosing and Treating Sex Issues in Psychotherapy from the Institute for Relational Intimacy, as well as Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I also work with clients across a wide range of mental health and relational concerns, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person or relationship.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Buffalo State College in 2012 and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary in 2016. I provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals, couples, and families.
In addition to ongoing therapy, I offer weekend intensives for couples seeking to address challenges in a focused, accelerated format. These sessions typically last 3–4 hours and are designed to foster deeper insight and progress in a condensed timeframe.
