All private pay sessions must be paid at the time of service (See rates below). We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA cards.
In-Network Insurance Providers
Coverage for mental health services varies by plan. We accept:
- BCBS & BCBS PPO (All therapists)
- BCN (Only Kelly Lindsay is in-network)
*Always check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for counseling services.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If your insurance policy includes Out-of-Network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for details on reimbursement rates and required documentation.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling an appointment, a dedicated time slot is reserved for you. If you do not show up for your session or fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid before your next session. If you are facing exceptional circumstances, please contact your therapist as soon as possible.
